We continue to follow the advice issued by HM Government and we are keeping our workforce fully briefed. Everyone is healthy but we have taken the decision to alter our working arrangements to aid social distancing within our team. Our environment is incredibly clean, all working surfaces are regularly cleaned down multiple times a day as part of our Good Manufacturing Processes and we have implemented an additional cleaning schedule for all other equipment.
We are beginning to see delays on certain ingredients. If it is not possible to supply the options you’ve chosen within your box we’ll do our best to contact you or replace them for the closest alternative product in order to dispatch the order on time.
Lead Times & Delivery
Time to prepare orders is running slightly slower due to our adapted working patterns. We use Royal Mail for 99% of deliveries and they are currently coping well – but we have had reports of some deliveries taking longer than usual to arrive. In light of this we have suspended our guaranteed next day service until further notice. Please be patient, they may need a few days longer than normal to get parcels to you. It would be advised to allow 10 days for standard post to avoid disappointment.
